The Puja ghar is the room where divinity present and the family’s deities, idols, religious texts are kept and used exclusively for prayer, worship and meditation.
The pooja ghar filled with positive energy, you ensure that the benefits are felt in the rest of the home.
According to the principles of Vastu for Pooja Ghar .Here are a few guidelines to keep in mind:


·        First choice for Pooja Ghar location: North-East Direction or the Centre of the house.
·        Second best place for a Pooja Ghar is the East or West direction
·        Third best place for the Pooja Ghar is South East and North West directions with some modifications
·        The worst place for a Pooja Ghar is the Southwest direction
·        Idols should be placed ideally in the East direction, facing West. Devotees will be facing east and praising God
·        It is advisable to not place the idols in the North and South directions.
·        No photos of passed away people should be hung in Pooja Ghar
·        Pooja Ghar should not be directly in front of an entrance door
·        Pooja Ghar should not be under a staircase
·        Do not sleep in the Pooja Ghar for any purpose


ü Keep in mind points for puja room :

·        Do not place the idols facing each other.
·        Broken idols, temple or torn pictures must be not used in the Pooja Ghar.
·        Do not used dark color, but used white and light color should be used to paint the walls of the Pooja Ghar.
·        The Pooja Ghar should only be meant to perform devotional activities no other use.
·        Pooja Ghar should be on the ground floor of the house
·        Pooja Ghar should have good air circulation
·        Pooja Ghar Vastu brings out positive changes into your life and touches your soul with love, peace and satisfaction.
